You may need to replace the drive pulley on the transmission side it comes in a kit or check you belt if it has shine on it replace belt

Possible bad belt. If it is shined replace it.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. If the magnet did slip, it is probably blocking the drain under the tub. The bad thing, you have to take it all out to get to the bottom. You could also have a bad pump or a blocked hose at the pump. See if your pump is working or not. If it is not, test to see if it is getting power. Make sure there is no damaged wires. Also, check the hoses and clear all debris, if there is any. If you are confident that the magnet was in the tub and slipped through, it is probably under the tub, blocking the drain and that is likely your cause.

sound like something is broke that blace the tub it can a spring or a missing blot try to laid the washer back to see if you can see inside of it. they should be to srecw one on the left and one on the rigth in where the tub is to the front you can push the tub to the back and try to get to the srecw to open the lid

You will either have to search in your local telephone directories OR stay on line and search for '(make) washer service' for instance or '(make) washer spares' and hope that you can find someone reasonably local.
