Jensen SMP-115 MP3 Player Questions & Answers
I have a Jensen mp4 player but i cannot add music
Some MP4 players will not add music that is copyrighted if you have not purchased the license to it. Make sure it is a proper format for your MP4 player. If all is going well you should be able to hook a USB cable to your MP4 player and your PC. Make sure your driver is up to date. Open the device up and drag your music/videos to the device till you see a "+" symbol and then release the mouse button and it should download for you. Good luck.
How many songs does my MP3 player hold?
well, for 1 GB, it usually holds maximum of 240 songs. So, u have to multiply it by 16 since its a 16 GB player..However, it will depend on the one capacity coz some have large files (e.g. videos). ok? Cheers!!!

I am trying to download music from my computer to
I can't believe I'm actually answering a tech question! I had the same problem and my friend, Matt, wrote: "The first would be, is there a lock switch of some sort on the player?" There is. I switch the "hold" button on the side of the Jense, and was able to record. Then, I wasn't quite sure how to replay. But eventually the music started up. This is going to take more practice, but I'm getting there. Chris

When it hit the ground, it probably cracked/broke the circuit-board inside the case.
You could pay a qualified technician $25 to $75 to try to trouble-shoot it, but you'll probably get a "it is dead" answer.
So, you owe it to your friend to buy a brand-new MP3 player, as a replacement.
When i download song onto my mp3 it says unknown
Most likely something is wrong with the file. If it plays fine on your computer, you should use some kind of file conversion software (these can be found for free via google) or try loading the song into a video editor (windows movie maker) and saving it as an audio file.
My jensen mp 3 player wont turn on
Hello,
this has to do with power, since it involves the mp3 player not coming up.
So check the battery and also the power button. One of these two is the cause of the problem.
I wish you the best.
How do I unlock my ipod 30gb
According to Apple, if you have forgotten the code, you can unlock the IPod by doing the following:
Connect your IPod to the primary computer you use it with (the first one IPod synced with), and open iTunes.
When you disconnect iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked.
If you can't unlock IPod using either [the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs]. . . you can restore your iPod to factory settings using iPod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod.
Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your iPod.
If you want to change the primary computer that your IPod is associated with, do this:
1. Restore your iPod. WARNING: The restore process cannot be undone.
All of your songs and files will be deleted. Always make a backup of your important data.
2. Connect your iPod to the computer that you want to be the primary computer.
3. Open iTunes and synchronize.
Apple also notes that company "representatives cannot unlock an iPod if you forget your combination. If you can't unlock your iPod and you don't have access to the primary computer, your only option is to restore the
IPod, which will erase all music and data."
