Oven sounds like a jet engine
I can't help much...
When a gas burner sounds like a jet engine the chances are the gas is burning inside the mixing chamber.
The gas jet directs the gas into a mixing chamber where it is mixed with the correct quantity of air before being emitted from the burner where it produces those nice blue flames. Sometimes, for a reason I don't know, ignition will cause the flame front to pass through the holes in the burner into the mixing chamber and the jet engine sound is heard. There will still be some flames from the burner but they will be weak and anaemic.
The problem used to be very common in the days of coal gas but it has almost disappeared with the use of methane.
I suggest you remove the burner and ensure it is clean inside and out and is a good and close fit against the gas jet and there is nothing restricting the air inlet of the mixing chamber.

Have a Magic Chef MCO165UW over range. Only 2 old.
There is a fuse. It is on the noise filter under the outside cabinet. You would have to remove it, however, with that being said. Do not touch the capacitor if you remove the cabinet as it can kill you if you do not know what you are doing. Make sure you unplug it from its power source and wait 10 minutes or more before entering the interior. You can buy just a fuse , it is a ceramic 250 volt 20 amp fuse. Magic chef wants you to buy the noise filter with the fuse on it, part number 3518608000. Please be so careful about this, it is no joke the capacitor can kill you. Good luck and again be careful.
