I get the following message
Are you getting the message from front panel of the printer or on the PC?
If from printer
check if printer can print test page by going to set up then go to printer status report
check if printer can make a copy as standalone
if not
power cycle the printer
if still unresolved
restore the printer to factory defaults by checking to set up>tools>restore factory defaults
If from the PC
restart pc
click on the black printer icon on your desktop
click on activate scan to pc
then try scanning again
if issue persist go to the link below

HP photosmart 5510 is giving error 0xc19a0035
Step 1: Reset the printer
Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
note:
HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
If the error message persists, continue to the next step.
Step 2: Remove the ink cartridges, and reset the printer
Remove the ink cartridges and reset the printer.
- Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
note:
HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
- Turn the printer on.
- Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
- If you receive a prompt to print a calibration or alignment page, do so.
If the error message persists, continue to the next step.
Step 3: Service the printer
Service or replace your HP product if the issue persists after completing all the preceding steps.

this error relates to the power outlet that your printer connects to as being bad. Please turn off your printer and switch power outlets before turning it on again. Thank you.

Can i uninstall my hp 2775 all in one printer firmware and reinstall hp 2776 firmware?
You do not uninstall firmware. Rather, you install the relevant update. This is NOT the same as updating a printer driver. To find out if your printer has a firmware update, you go to the HP site and log in to the support for your printer. If such an update exists, it will list it. It strains the imagination that firmware for one model would work on another. I hope that answers your query.

I have typed text using ms word 2007 of about 5
do you still have inks left?are you able to make color copies from the printer?
if your answer to both questions is yes then you may have junk files on the pc that's blocking the printer.
try printing in notepad or in wordpad.
if you are able to print from those,then the problem is with ms word's settings.
if not,click on start,in the run or search box,type in disk cleanup and hit enter.a box will come up after disk cleanup is done with calculating how much space you will be able to free on C drive.tick all the boxes and hit ok.

What causes a hp m281 document feeder to constantly detect paper
Typically there is a plastic flag in the paper path that is pushed up or down by a piece of paper. That may be stuck in the detect position. The flag blocks an optical sensor (U-shaped plastic block about 3/8" wide) to signal detection. If that sensor is very dirty, it may falsely signal paper is present. Try a computer keyboard vacuum cleaner first, then a cotton swab or wipe with isopropyl alcohol. Do not use a wipe with a chloride disinfectant chemical. The sensor could be bad, or something nasty has happened to the sensor wiring. If the document feeder is detachable, check the electrical connector.
