Miele Premier-Plus Built-in Dishwasher - Page 2 Questions & Answers
Replacing split drain hose on Miele dishwasher, cannot see how to access connection point inside the dishwasher!
A model number would be required for specifics. Probably need to access from bottom. Probably best to lay it on the back. I am assuming your user manual suggests tipping towards back if/when moving. If it is a miele there is probably a built in water softener and lots of water in tanks that are not easy to see until panels are removed. Side panel might be easier to be removed to allow a view of stuff. If applicable you might want to search the web for,2011-11-25_043923_g600__800_miele_service_manual.pdf

Our water is soft and does not require salt. how do we stop the red light
I think it might depend on the model # and it should be in your manual.Example for a G858 SCVI plus instructions (without pictures) are;Bypassing the salt indicator If your water is soft (below 8 gr/gal) the salt reservoir should not be filled with salt. The indicator will remain lit and should be disregarded or bypassed. Remove the salt reservoir cap. Looking into the salt reservoir, you will see the top of the float chamber on the right hand side, a. Using a screwdriver, carefully pivot the float chamber towards the center of the reservoir. Using needle nose pliers, pull the cap, b, off of the float chamber, and remove the float, c. Replace the float chamber cap, push the chamber back into its upright position, and replace the salt reservoir cap. The "Salt" indicator should no longer be lit.

Upper sprayer arm fell off
I had the same problem and it was due to cheaper tablets that corroded the plastic. Used the recommended tablets since replacing the arm (easy to refit) and now use Finish tablets all the time. Sorted.

The "on/off" button has become
Hi
First make sure that nothing is blocking the drain pump
assembly located inside the lower front panel of the dishwasher. If the issue
returns after its cleaned then it means that the control board has gone bad and
should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
