How do I fix my calculator. It's turned on all the time. Even when I remove the battery and put it back. I can't type anything but press "on" button.

If it is a solar calculator, it can stay on after you remove battery. Keep it in the dark, without its battery.

I have got the box of my casio fx-82es plus, someone has stolen it. How can I prove its mine? please help me

Some people do not care much about the packaging and throw it. From what I know about these calculators, in North America they ship in a clam shell (plastic wrap) and not a box. I do not believe it proves anything. Unless you have a written document with a serial number. But these calculators do not have a serial number. Go buy yourself a calculator and take better care of it.

Calculator stolen

I am sorry to disappoint you. I looked on the back of two different Casio Calculators and there is nothing that could be considered a Serial Number (Unique Identification number). If you had a serial number on a bill of sale or receipt and find the calculator with the same serial number you could claim it is your. But there is no such a number for this class of calculators. Get yourself another one and take better care of it. How do you know the person you accuse of stealing your calculator has not bought one too?

In what context? In the unit conversions it's "inches." In the key markings, if you mean "ln" (lowercase 'ell' not capital 'eye') then it's "natural logarithm."

Casio Add Mach DR-120R - not printing correct numbers. 0 for 1, 1 for 2, etc. Recently had to remove ribbon from gears. Tried re-setting it, but it did no good.

Here is the Service Manual, but in normal instances, you would just buy another one, or return it to Casio for service.

If your Casio fx-991EX calculator is displaying [Dec], it means it's in Decimal mode. To switch back to normal calculations, press the MODE button and select the desired mode, such as COMP for computation or MATH for mathematical functions. I think this will solve your problem
