On the pivot end of the bladed knife is a black plug that says pull. They actually mean "Push". push it away from the knife body and rotate the handle half it's mounted in, down. The body will rotate in half , revealing the utility blade and more blades in the rear storage.Also note the blade depth adjustment has a locking detent. You have to push it to the right to unlock the utility blade.and push it to the right when retracting to fully retract and lock the utility blade.

Is tranny and various speeds working properly? How about the throttle control? Do you have it set for higher speed?

Try tilting the machine backwards for a few hours. It may be oil on the piston that is causing a vaccum

The valve-o-rings + [ parbaks seals ] where the pressure can be adjusted with. Control the water inlet filter or hose that there are no waterlock couplers are used or is mounted on the wrong site on the hose , that it is used as water inlet on the tap.

This is a terrible tool took it apart to get the blade out of the handle and haven't been able to get it back together again.

Hi Chris: It is usually easiest to rest the weight on the tailgate of a pickup truck (or some other device) and then slip out of the harness. Another technique is to lift bend forward while at the same time rising one shoulder and lowering the other. That will create "slack" on the low shoulder side allowing you to get that arm out. Disconnect the wand from the washer if you get water coming out of the discharge, the problem is in your wand or the line is plugged going to the wand.

If you switch the unit on and water spits out of a connection, that's where you either put the O-rings or replace them.

If it is a screw drive like mine all I needed to do was lube up the screw with a product called "fluid film" and all was ok. The screw was binding making the sensor think the door was blocked and it would go back up.

No you do not. You are supposed to charge it for 24 hours before the first initial use. After that you are supposed to charge after it using it to jump start a vehicle or every 30 days if not used at all.You are supposed to charge until the two red and one green LED lamps are lit SOLID. The unit should be fully charged once the LEDs are lit solid. Unplug the unit and put back into storage until needed. Again if not used for extended periods of time the unit should be charged ever 30 days.

On the back of the unit in the left down corner are two screws. The bottom one (smallest) of the two has to be removed and then you can slide out the bottom part where the batteries are.Good luck.

Not sure exactly because I don't own one, but the review seems to indicate you push the blade positioner all the way forward, and push a release to remove the old one out the front, and then push a new own in until it clicks in place. With the blade positioner all the way forward.
But the review said it did not work well.
