the best solution for this problem is not to play around with the inside oif the microwave. first check the cercuit breakers in your power meter box and if they are ok then take your microwave in to a white goods tech to fix it (hiousehold electrical repare centre) the other solution is to just buy a new one and scrap the other one, if it is an old one.

Probably be just as cheap to get a new microwave.

Hi,
There is a fuse inside the microwave that blew.
To change the fuse you will have to remove the cover of the microwave, find the fuse, usually right where the power cord enters, and replace the fuse...

It could have blown from age a low voltage situation, or a bad component... I would try to run it before replacing the cover...but make sure not to run it empty.

I am a retired career chef, and had this one oven with choking CO in an airport catering kitchen. We had it serviced and it was fixed. It sounds like yours is not getting enough air mixed with the gas. Adjusting the gas is one thing but the venturi to the burners can partially block and unburned gas spills over. Remove the burner and venturi and boil it out in whatever you boil your fryers out with.
