I've ran into this issue a few times. It always turned out to be a hard drive failure causing it. Try replacing the hard drive with a spare if you have one, or remove the hard drive and connect it to a working computer to see if it can read it. The has only been one instance of this problem in which it turned out the hard drive was fine. The problem was actually the motherboard. hello chad Seem to be circuit issue. You can check charger with volt meter to check its working ok. Drain all resistors of power by removing battery and charger and holding down power button for 10 seconds. There is a power button board that can be bad. I like to break things down by just powering the laptop with memory and keyboard, power button board only. this will require removing motherboard power button board so it will only be the parts to POST. Minimal Post . It can be an array of things from the systems casing shorting it out to other hardware.

i think that with f10 gets you into bios, check what offers because the bios of laptop is very typical you dont have many choices as desktop bios.
