I need to find out
HP has the drivers and software for supported OS versions on their site:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=391182 . Select your OS and click Next. Then expand the appropriate section and download the files that you need.
If you see a drivers and a software option, choose the Software section if you to be able to use the buttons on the unit to trigger actions on the computer. There is also an option to order a replacement CD if you want that.
I hope this helps.

My HP office 7310 all-in-one says "warming up"
Hi,
Here are some solutions that can help you resolve the issue.
Check the scanner light.
-press start copy color in the control panel of the printer, make a copy of any document you have, while doing that slightly open the lid to check if the light is visible, if the scanner moves withoout a light, contact the HP support and have it serviced. If there is a light, make sure that the printer is connected directly to a power outlet not to a power strip (this is to ensure that ebough electric currect is flowint to the printer). Repeat the scanning to check if the problem persist, if it does try another power outlet. If still the same try restart the printer, after restarting, while the printer is on, remove the power cable on the back of the printer then unplug it to the power outlet wait for about 15 - 20 secs then plug the cable to the outlet and to the back of the printer, then try scannin again. if still the same then do partial reset of the printer. Remove the power cable press and hold the # and number 3 keys while doing it reconnect the power cable then try to scan again, if the issue didnt resolve anything have the printer serviced by HP.
Hope this will resolve the issue.
Thank you for choosing fixya.
A piece of paper jammed
Hi there !
Check again your printer and maybe there is still paper jammed inside. Turn off your printer. Open the door cartridge and remove the cartridge. Check for paper jammed. After that return the cartridge and turn on your printer. Sometimes there is paper jammed inside that printer. Just press the power off and turn it on to roll over any paper jammed inside. Turning off on your printer also make your computer refresh the memory of your printer paper jammed.
To make hard reset of your printer. Turn off your printer and remove the power cable to your printer, leave it for five minutes and connect the plug and turn it on again. That will refresh the memory of your printer.
I hope it helps you.

THis is a settings problem on your device so what we can do here first is to reset the settings back to its default to correct the problem. Check if you have this options from the printer setup menu.
Using the Setup button>Tools>3. Restore factory defaults.
Get an error message when trying to copy, that
Hello there
This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you.
Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.
First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.
If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.
And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.
Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.
