Unistall any previous you have installed for your device.

The Driver for Your Product Is Included in the Windows 7 Operating System (i.e. Win 7-32bit & 64bit).
Simply connect the printer to your computer with a USB cable, and Windows Update automatically installs the driver for your product.

One of the ink cartridge is defective. If you lift the front cover, the cartridges stop position You will indicate which of them is defective (by the drawings on the printer).

However, HP says that this printer driver is in the Windows 7 OS. Try doing a Windows update.

Hi,try placing a sheet of fine sandpaper in the paper tray. As soon as it
starts to feed grab it so that it polishes the glaze off the rubber
feed rollers. Let us know if this solves the problem.

If it is blocked in the printer then any try to pull it out may damage the printer/cartridge, you need to contact nearest Hp servicer center/printer technician for assistance.

Try to print a document.When the screen appears select color and look if the color option is selected,if not change it to color instead of grayscale.

Hello,
your printer has a separation pad under the feeder roller. The only way to replace it is to contact a tech.

I would suggest you to uninstall the currently installed Hp Software and printer's driver from your computer and reinstall them. This should fix the issue if there's no problem with your computer like virus or system corrupt etc... Let me know if the problem persists.

Note: Don't forget to restart your computer before you reinstall the programs after it's/they are uninstalled.

Hi! The problem will surely be on the printer head. It may have reached it's break point that when it performs a larger print outs it fails on the half. You can replace the head itself but I strongly suggest that you purchase a new one for optimum performance. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

in the back of printer there is the cover that has a turn style locking mechanism, it must be fully into locked area, because it trips a sensor. if this locking system sticks, it can be lubed, but the assembly will have to pulled apart to do this,
