trying to change to another USB port, check the USB cable is ok in this case if no printer is not recognizing the printer's USB port is damaged and need to replace the logic board of the printer

Have you pulled the tape from the new cartridge? If you pulled, then push the green button on the printer, if a blank page again disassemble laser module and clean dirt with cloth and alcohol.

replace cartriage then you can identify the problem is in printer or cartriage if the problem is in printer the problem creater is teflon sleeve. In other case the problem is of opc drum Change the cartriage opc drum then check

There are two common causes for this phenomenon.
The first, and most common is a defective tonercartrige and the second is a defective fuser.

I'd suggest replacing the toner catrige.
