please use setup from the downloaded software. then it will detect the drivers by itself.if u have not downloaded the setup file it will not be a complete driver installed

If you have tried some of the above options and it didn't correct the issue then your print job is hung in your queue. Open Printers and Faxes and double click the printer in question. You will see a queue that most likely has a job there trying to print. Right click on the line item and select cancel. Most times it will it delete quickly so I wait a minute or so and if it still doesn't clear just reboot the PC while the job says deleting. Once it's back up and running go back to Printers and Faxes and double click the printer again a day make sure the queue is empty. Lots of times when a job is hung there many other jobs piled behind so they all need to be cleared out before you try printing again. Good luck

the two lights are stable mean its on and the one blanking mean its working
