PRINTER PRINT BLANK PAPER
Have you tried putting the machine through a cleaning cycle. There should be a maintenence section on the printer and also on yoour computer. Also if you removed the cartridges and left the printheads exposed for any length of time they have dried out and are clogged. Try removing the heads and cleaning them with a damp lent free cloth. Print heads
I've had this problem on and off for quite a while now. I find the printhead problems are due to ink drying overnight and the printer cleaning mechanism failing to wipe it off (that doesn't work properly as the machine ages). An error comes up then that a printhead is 'bad'. I remove the printhead and clean it with a propriatory fluid (which is meths basically)and that cures the problem. However it is vital that after cleaning you wipe the printface and all the contacts dry, and I mean absolutely dry, with a tissue or similar. It must be totally dry or the error is reported again. I periodically give this treatment to all the printheads as the machine doesn't wipe them clean anymore like it did when new. Hope that is of some help.
Cannot send more than 1 page
in case of double page-feeding, turn of the unit, open it, and release the page. open the back entrance of the printer, clean all feeding wheels with a dry rag. make sure there's nothing stuck between those wheels. make sure feeding tray is well located.

Office jet pro 8710. will not print says the paper size detected 0 by the printer does not match the paper size selected (8.5x11in) for the print job
The Officejet 8710 printer can face paper mismatch issues if the paper settings are not set properly in the Print Preview box. Try setting the Paper Type option to Plain in the settings window that appears before performing the print. Change the settings to 8.5 x 11 in both the copier and the printer setting. There can also be an issue with the paper tray. Set the paper width guides correctly. Try printing a Configuration report to determine which paper size the printer is configured to. Any bits of paper stuck inside the printer roller might also cause paper feeding errors. Open the cartridge access door of your HP Officejet Pro printer. Wait for the ink cartridges to a position on the left. Look for any pieces of paper inside the cartridge area. If any bits are found, remove them. That should solve your problem. for more support Call our Toll-Free 1-866-293-9220 or visit
