You would need to log into the embedded webserver to view the configuration page. From there you could screen capture it as I do not believe that the print config page was added until later models.

Check ADF unit (automatic document feeder) working condition. For diagnoses : Insert few paper(ex:10papers) in ADF unit & do copying, if UR succeed in copying, ADF is working well.. If not check the fault. HP M4345 facilitated with digital sending option., for configuring digital sending U need to create shared folder with fully permissions in system. This error can be caused by the following: 1. Fuser that is close to end of life. Maximum print quantity is 225,000 pages. 2. poor quality paper, very thin paper never feeds well and will jam. 3. Printing an image that is almost entirely black can cause the paper to buckle before entering the fuser. Try different paper to see if that resolves the problem.

49.XXXX is a fatal catch-all error. Could be firmware problem, network, print job. If the error occurs when you try to print, clear the print queue. If the error occurs when the printer is just sitting idle, reseat the formatter. Try powering on without the network cable attached. If it still happens replace the formatter. Could be a corrupt print job being sent to printer. Print something else.

the problem may be the scanner are you able to scan to pc or email/fax from the machine glass/ when the machine initializes are there any faults displayed ( the printer will continue to function even if the scanner fails) usually the error code 30.01.02 or something like that will be displayed- the scanner is connected via 1 large connector found to the rear of the machine - does the cable look damaged in any way- is the connection 'good' has the grounding wire worked loose, if after these have been checked there is still no scanner then you may need either a scanner or main PCA/formatter fot the printer. the hp 4345 is a very reliable piece of kit they suffer generally from the fuser swing plate and ADF mylar failures. if you can give me some more details I.e. we had to restart th machine due to it not printing- has the machine been allowed to come to ready? if so is it possible to take a simple copy from the glass ? if it comes to ready and is able to make a photocopy and your still not able to print then the error lies between the IO card and your computer. try reinstalling the printer driver if that is the case. please when giving information about err??? please include all characters seen on the display an example fault code would look like error 59:00 with a possible expansion code of 0c00340021 these are the important details that tell the engineer which part in the machine is being reported as failed without these details you may as well just say my printer aint working whats wrong with it ( Actually that is exactly what you said).

you have the wrong type of fuser - probably HP 4200/4300or 4250/4350. these units look IDENTICAL the correct fuser unit assy part number is RM1 1044 a small white barcoded sticker should be present with the part number on the base plate of the fuser unitt
