Any Creators dealer would be glad to sell you one but when you hear the price you will probably consider repairing yours. Even if the pan itself is bad , I have still repaired them for much less than purchasing a kettle complete.

The profiteer kettle is held upright from the gas spring/shock type unit opposite the handle. It is very common for the spring to wear out and the kettle to sag after time. I see them replaced about every 2-3 years on that model.Replacing the return spring will bring the kettle back up to it's horizontal popping position.

Not enough heat in the kettle to do the job. The corn will dry out and pop poorly when there is not enough heat. Either a thermostat adjustment or replacement or a bad element.

If when you pick up the kettle to dump it you can spin the agitator in the pan with one hand easy then it is not stuck. check to make sure the motor switch is supplying voltage to the motor. If that is ok now that you have the front panel off look inside to see if the motor is turning but the drive head which comes up thru the pedistal isnt then the motor shaft pin has sheered off. if nothing is moving at all motor needs replacement. the list on those from the factory are over 600 so make sure its bad first.
