Clearing Paper Jams If the printer's control panel displays a paper jam message, look for paper in the locations indicated in Figure 22, then see the procedure for clearing the paper jam. You might need to look for paper in other locations than indicated in the paper jam message. If the location of the paper jam is not obvious, look first in the top cover area.When clearing paper jams, be very careful not to tear the paper. If a small piece of paper is left in the printer, it could cause additional jams. If paper jams are a recurring problem, see page 78.(A paper jam message might also display if the rear door is open.)

Loose toner might remain in the printer after a paper jam, but thetoner should clear after a few sheets are printed.

Either a corrupted driver or possibly a bad network card or parallel port, depending on how you have it connected. Does the printer print test pages from the on printer control panel ok? If yes, try printing a different document from a different program or try the windows test print from the driver. If it prints the windows test print then likely you have either a corrupted program or file. If it will not print the windows test print then I would delete the driver, download the current HP UPD driver and install that.

check grounds on the main board or clean formatter

check your toner cartridge; look at the drum gears to make sure they are not chipped or missing.could also be your fuser assembly.

Increase the DPI(dots for inch) in printer properties, check for the quality..

normally you will need to let the printer know that you have preformed any maintenance on it by clearing the error count after such an error occurs and is fixed it is normally listed under general or service options on the printer menu but you may need to look through the users manual

I use a clear silicone tube to carefully prime the carts by sucking a dab of ink out of the tiny print holes before installation. I am careful to have a tight seal at the holes to prevent getting too much ink and possibly getting it in my mouth.

Hi, the envelopers are jammed because, when its go inside that time the extra paper which is use for sticking that sucked by the roller & the paper is jam. Be careful when you press start button for copy that time make sure the envelops open face is secure & not have a chance to trapped inside. Otherwise your process is perfect. Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Let's try going to the control panel and go to PRINT QUALITY/ECONOMODE=ON.
TONER DENSITY=5.

Now run some pages through.
If pages are good change the density to 4 and try again. If that didn't help, then you could be looking at "transfer roller","engine control board", "laser scanner", "high voltage supply".
