what application are you printing from? also, can you do a print preview to see if there are more than one page? if that works, then your printer mechanism is not following the driver information from the print queue manager.

You need to clean the small mirror film. Repeatedly turning on and off the printer will move the scanner head to the left. When it makes it to it's final position remove the screw and using a qtip gently wipe the thin mirror film next to the light bulb. This will clean the dust that is causing the error. some say use alcohol on the qtip i never used it. Once it's clean the scanner will return to it's original position and resume function. return side glass and screw, and you should not have that error until it's once again dirty.
