What model? D110? 8110? Try turning off the printer, clearing the print queue, restarting the computer, then turn the printer on. If that doesn't work, what happens if you turn off the printer, disconnect it from the computer and then turn it on?

every printer has a tool installed on the computer called clean heads. or something like that. Run a cleaning cycle and do a head aligning, just to see if all nozzles are working.
