What mean pc printing ? and out op paper?
Hi. This means that the computer has still printing or there are print jobs on queue. You can cancel the print jobs on queue and restart the print spooler service by following the steps below:
- Click "start" and go to "Run"
- Type "services.msc" at the prompt which will open the Serviceswindow (ooh, pretty...)
- Scroll down the alphabetical list in the right window pane until you cometo the entry with the name "Print Spooler"
- Right-click this entry, then select "stop". This will stop the computerrunning the process that holds your print queues.
- Leaving that window open for now, click again on "Start", and then click"My Computer" to open a Windows Explorer window.
- We've stopped the queue service, now we just have to clear the jam that isalready there. To do this we navigate to the print spool folder which is hidingwithin the Windows folders. Usually Windows is installed on C: drive, but youshould be easily able to tell when the Explorer window opens which drive it ison. The usual path to the spool folder isC:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\spool\\PRINTERS, but yours may be slightlydifferent. Your windows drive may have another name for instance, but this wouldbe uncommon. So click on your Windows drive (usually C), then double-click onthe Windows folder, and then find the System32 folder and double-click onthat. Windows may warn you that you are about to view system files, but click"View files anyway" message and search out the "spool folder". Within theSpool folder is your Printers folder, and you should openthat.
- Delete every file within this folder to empty the jammed print queue(pressing the "ctrl" and "a" keys will select all files and then you can justhit "delete").
- Close the explorer window now that we have emptied the cleared spool files, and return to your Services window. we must re-start the Print spoolservice, and do so by right-clicking the Print Spool entry and selecting"Start" from the list. Close the services window and try printing again

Panasonic KX-MB2025 Toner Low Problem???
Does the machine say replace drum or toner. Two different units. If toner did refill or install a new toner. There is a chip on most drums and toner to tell the machine they are new. if you refill the toner the chip is still going to tell the machine it is used.
Panasonic DP-C266 does not print one color
If your Panasonic DP-C266 copier is not printing yellow and you have already attempted some troubleshooting steps, here are a few additional suggestions to consider:
- Verify Toner Cartridge: Confirm that the yellow toner cartridge is installed correctly. Ensure it is securely inserted into the copier and that any protective seals or tabs have been removed from the cartridge.
- Check Toner Levels: Check the toner levels of the yellow cartridge. If the toner is low or depleted, replace the cartridge with a new one. Even if the toner appears to be full, it's possible that the cartridge may be defective or experiencing a blockage.
- Clean Developer Unit: The developer unit may have accumulated debris or become contaminated, leading to poor toner transfer. Open the front cover and locate the developer unit. Carefully remove it and clean it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any toner or debris. Avoid touching the developer roller with bare hands.
- Check Drum Unit: The drum unit may be damaged or worn, resulting in the poor transfer of yellow toner. Inspect the drum unit for any signs of damage, scratches, or wear. If necessary, replace the drum unit with a new one.
- Perform Color Calibration: Use the copier's built-in color calibration feature to ensure accurate color reproduction. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to access and perform color calibration. This process can help correct any color imbalances.
- Service or Professional Help: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it may require professional assistance. Contact Panasonic customer support or schedule a service visit by a qualified technician. They have the specialized tools and knowledge to diagnose and address specific issues with your copier model.
When contacting customer support or a technician, provide them with detailed information about the problem, including the steps you have already taken for troubleshooting. This will help them in providing more accurate assistance and guidance tailored to your specific situation.
