The Rio SE510 is a portable media player that was released several years ago. If you are encountering an issue where the device is stuck on "Reading old; Internal memory," it may indicate a problem with the device's firmware or software. Some possible solutions include:
- Reset the device: If your Rio SE510 is not responding, you can try resetting it by removing the battery and waiting for a few minutes before reinserting it.
- Update the firmware: If the issue is related to the device's firmware, you can try updating it to the latest version. You can usually download firmware updates from the manufacturer's website.
- Format the device: If the issue persists, you can try formatting the internal memory of the Rio SE510. This will erase all of the data on the device, so make sure to backup any important files before proceeding.
- Contact customer support: If none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
Note: Keep in mind that the Rio SE510 is an older device and may not be supported by the manufacturer anymore. Additionally, the above solutions may not work if the device has hardware issues.

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
