Yes, leave it to cool to room temperature and then store it in the fridge until tomorrow when you continue cooking I suggest you add a few minutes to the time to allow for it to come back to cooking temperature.
Contact the manufacturer of your cooker through their website and they will likely send you the parts. Look for an area of the site that says Support, Customer Support or Contact Us.

Not sure, but perhaps SEL means select? It may have had a power cut during the day and now you have restarted it, its waiting for you to select a programme??
