my labtech wireless mouse keeps seizing up,l can't get cursor to move

I would try deleting drivers and reinstalling driver. check for newest driver at the same time. If they are USB make sure you don't have a joystick also plugged into USB.

I was having the same problem and who knows it may pop up again... But what worked for me was moving the transmitter. I think the transmitter is crappy and super sensitive to interference. After i moved it away from my monitor the problem went away. I have only had it this way for a few hours though so no guarantees. But so far so good.

Here is the sequence to connect keyboard and mouse to receiver:

Press Connect button on receiver, and within 10 seconds press the Connect button under the mouse. Wait 15 seconds. Then press the Connect button on the receiver and within 10 seconds press the Connect button under the keyboard.

Are the batteries in the mouse charged?

If you are not using rechargable batteries replace the batteries with alkaline batteries, they only last about 1 month...

Are you using Windows/ XP/ MAC/ Vista......?

Try opening Internet Explorer with your mouse,maximize the window, close it with your mouse, then try your keyboard.

Use either good known name alkaline batties such as Duracell or Energizer for examples or rechargeable batteries. Alkalines last much I had the same problem and i use either Alkaline or rechargeables depending on the money I want to spend. Hope this helps.

If your keyboard is provided with CD installer, its better to install the CD to control the setting of your keyboard. If CD is not available you can download the software on you keyboard brand website. If this doesn't help, please state the Brand and model of your keyboard.

1) Without the transmitter, you cannot use the 800 mouse or keyboard. 2) You need to have the dongle since it connects the computer and the keyboard. The dongle acts as an intermediate between the two devices. 3) Hence, do not try connecting the computer without the transmitter.
