if you have graphic card remove it and clean with eraser and try it if you dont have graphic card try cleaning the ram or replace it

you need to download the proper device driver for your system, these are the things you need to do:

I have a Sony vaio PCVRS 530G My problem is that the C drive has 13 Gb & D 80 Gb, how can I transfer from the D to the C drive. I'm always getting a message LOW MEMORY.

If it is seven years old it has most likely lost interest. Get a newer one.

to be honest you would need to upgrade the the graphics /memory and processor as this is a very old spec computer , if you can repost your question with the included specs of your computer we might be able to give a better answer

your mobo might be broken. Try to uptate or recover bios. it can be done when changing jumpers on mobo. read mobo book for excat settings

Any type will work. Most monitor don't need drivers but If you buy a new one the monitor will come with a driver cd.
