may be it will be your cpu over heating problem sou must clean ur heat sink and put heat sink compound on the top side of ur cpu, after you can install it heat sink back.if u stil have the same issue...just remove two screws from ur motherbord center screws. try it..

Go to Windows Updates and see if there is an update their sometimes that happens with drivers. Start there Updates and install all the updates hardware updates as well. If that does not assist you there may be a fix at the Sony Vaio support drivers and download for your driver start there. I would download the driver online for the wireless software. When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator as user to log in if you cant log in

Based on what you have presented...
1 long 2 short - (Video Controller Failure or faulty add-on card

Do you have an installed video card? Does the unit have a built in Card? (In other words part of the mother board?)

If you have an installed card check that it is not loose... If it is still not functioning (and)

If your unit also has a built in video card that is disabled... go to the BIOS and enable it... see if your unit will boot up...

If the video card is not loose and you do not have a built in card... you may want to see if you know someone with an extra card to loan... or purchase a new one....

If you know the make and model of your TV Tuner card, I suggest going to the manufacturer's website to download your drivers and reinstall them.
