Hey!Most cases its not feeding the paper out of the cassette,Try taking out the drawer and cleaning the rollers with a damp cloth!Good Luck!!

May be scanner was locked,please unlocke position.
Second thinks some of gear might be broken.Please check throughly and replace it.

On the control panel there should be a button that either says paper select or looks like a bucket with lines in press this and the machine will change paper trays.

Hello, you need to test your machine with a new image unit. If your shadow is gone you have solved your problem. If not you need to take your machine to service.

check your paper size for your original or the cassette paper size they can both cause the scanner to only scan part way. it thinks the paper size is different than what you are using.
