your resistances device is blowned , you must service your device ,if you are a self doing just replace your device resistance(s) and voila

remove back cover then locate the blower housing in the back,its round on this is a thermal fuse appx. 1" X 1/4" with 2 wires from it,this is the thermal fuse test it,if its open on continuity its bad and the dryer wont operate the pat number is FSR# 3392519

Look at the top lid front the seem between the lid and the dryer base. Insert a putty knife on the left edge and push. This will pop a latch. Then the right side. The lid should lift up. There is no reset button on any dryer. Your Roper is a Whirlpool with a different nametag. Depending on how old it is there may be 1 or 2 non resetable fuses. They are in the back behind the rear cover. They blow when there is another problem. Such as a clogged exhaust or a bad cycling thermostat.
