I believe your ignition switches have come in to contact with either water or moisture.

Please read my below Tip on how to fix the problem:

If it does not solve your problem, I'd suggest replacing the ignition switches.

I've been selling Bosch appliances for many years on both sides of the North Atlantic, but have never heard of your model. Neither has the the local Bosch representative that I just called, so perhaps you have given an incorrect or incomplete model number.

But on almost all Bosch ceramic hobs there is a button marked "PowerBoost". Press it for four seconds to disable the child protection safety lock feature.

If my answer does not resolve your problem then please re-check the model number and correct it if necessary and also state which country you're in: it may just be that your model number is not sold in the UK/European and US markets that I've been working in.

This could be a very pricey repair. Depending the make and model of your part. Try to contact the parts department for your oven and see how much they say a new clock/timer will be. The higher end models could require a 300 - 400 labor just to install the part. Most companies will not do it if you have the part so be sure to ask first.
