Try another Cord/Charger with the EXACT same power specs. What happens when you push the on button? Fan spins? LED's blink? Ant thing on the screen? Has there been any damage? Drop?

I think with acer u can use their erecovery management within windows /start/programs/Acer Recovery management/

or you can use the Alt+F10 or F11 at the start up some models vary and that hopefully should prompt u to reset the pc to factory settings, remember to back up you data, you might struggle with some drivers, and make sure you reinstall the security software that you prefer as soon as you are able to connect online. good luck hope this helps

Connect a monitor to the video output, if picture is okay the problem is in the inverter board located under the laptop screen, or the backlight has failed, now if the monitor shows the same symptoms the problem is in the video card ic.

To disable the bios password on your laptop, you will need to remove the cmos battery on your laptop for some minutes and insert back, the cmos battery is located on the motherboard of your laptop, once the cmos battery is removed from the motherboard for some minutes, the bios password will be reset, and the bios password will be disable.

Ever consider to see if headphone jack works? If this is the case it is possible it is the speaker.Sound card or similar is possible but an expert should be the only one to look for that.

You really need a service manual to try & locate the CMOS battery. With laptops the CMOS battery can be different on each model. These are often located on the motherboard below the keyboard, but a service manual should help you.

First try to start in safe mode:

Restart the computer and repeatedly tap the F8 key (you need to press F8 before windows starts to load)

A menu should appear. Select Safe Mode and press Enter

Check on motherbord again you can find cmos cell it is look like round battery cell.
Then pull it for 10 minutes so all bios settings are defaults.
Also you can clear bios with jumper find jumper on motherbord it has 3 -pin 1-2-3 right now jumper is in 1-2 position set it to 2-3 position so your bios is clear.Then again set it to it's original position.
then it not ask for password.

blue screen usually happen if there as a hardware conflict.

After reinstalling the Operating System (windows), you have to install the sound drivers.

Yes. You should first disassemble the screen and look for the part number on the back side of the LCD. You must take great care not to damage the LCD bezel. Some of the screws may be covered by rubber bumpers. Then you can order one from EBay. Replacement isn't hard.
