If totally dead (both wall current and voltage from RV---someone has to open it to see if fuse/s bad---it will have one for wall voltage (AC) and another for RV voltage (DC) and sometimes also a third in the 12 volt lighter plug if using one.Another possible reason would be the set has been damaged---the circuit board may have been damaged/cracked and needs repair.

I have the same problem!

tried the cleaner disc you can buy one at
best buy or waltmart

Remove back, reseat all connectors. It is a mechanical interrupt to the relay board causing the problem.

LED backlights are bad, common failure on this model TV but if it were mine I'd recycle it and buy a better brand set.
