Please try and drain off the water manually by releasing the drain from below , now open the door and check the DOOR switch. If this is faulty the program can get struck. Make sure the contacts of the switch is clean. Secondly check the pressure pump , if faulty this will not work to spray water. Just had this problem, I have a temp set up and found the drain was a bit to high. Put a bucket of water in to the machine and lowered the hose. It went through its cycle and emptied. now works OK, seems that it needed to empty to re-setrt the cycle. Worth a try
