Why is my 24-volt razor charger flashing red instead of green
It's likely that the 24V charger is malfunctioning. Some common reasons for this include:
1. The charger is damaged or has a loose connection.
2. The device it's charging has a low battery and is not holding a charge.
3.The device it's charging is damaged and not accepting the charge

Scooter appears to be charged
PCassels Check the brake located on the rear of the motor. If the brake is dragging on the motor housing it will cause heat and slow the scooter down. If you can, remove the brake from the motor but leave the wires connected. Tie the brake up so it won't fall and see if that makes a difference in speed and heat reduction. Don't overcharge the batteries Charge overnite or until the green light on the charger comes on indicating a full charge. Never charge more than 10 hours for this scooter. Now with the brake not on the motor the scooter will not have brakes so watch out on ramps and steep inclines. If it is only a few months old then it is still under warranty and you need to contact the provider that sold the scooter to get it repaired correctly Hope this helps
