Do you have a receptacle designated strictly for your concentrator. Concentrators draw alot on start up, compressor may be failing. Your provider if you have one should be servicing every year. Cleaning with compressed air does wonders. Make sure your intakes are clear. Also, if you see dust around your seems, your filter may be dirty.

Turn chair on its side. get spray pb blaster on it. set chair upright and wiggle seat back and forth to loosen.
