Hi, Please check the small thin rubber pipe that is connected to the drum. it acts as a pressure sensor may be it is clogged and not able to give proper water level reading. use skewer or thick flexible wire to clean it.

I've had the same problem. I removed the top lit and found some pressure transmitter and a pressure switch. I suspect that the pressure transmitter is use for measuring the waterlevel in the machine. I think the membrane loses its flexibility over the years.
I pulled of the hose from the transmitter and blowed and sucked a few times on the transmitter. After doing this the machine washes without a problem since then.

You need to remove the dispenser from the washer completely, and clean every bit of it completely give it a thorough wash and make sure that every bit is clean.
Get a strong thin piece of wire, and make a hook in the end, and then poke it into every hole in the top of the dispenser compartment to make sure none of the holes are blocked up.

First check that there is water coming into the pipes to the watervalve the machine is connected to .Second, check that the hoses aren't kinkedIf that doesn't solve it, your inlet valve assembly is probably bad.
