Laserwriter 8500 "dirty" print outs

Toner bubbles are characterized by large blotches of color toner on
printed pages caused by color toner leaking from cartridges directly
onto the transfer drum. Solve the problem of toner bubbles by checking the manufacturing codes on the toner cartridges and replacing cartridges as needed. Compatible carts are notorious for this so don't use them.

Heat-stamped on the toner cartridge, opposite the label-end of the
cartridge, is a manufacturing code. If a portion of the code does not
match the list below, replace the toner cartridge.
Use toner cartridges that contain any of the following manufacturing
codes:
 9I
 9J
 9K
 9L
any cartridge that begins with the numbers 0 through 6 in place of
the 9

Apple LaserWriter 8500 not turning on

There is a glass-tube fuse inside, near the power switch that blew on mine a couple of years ago. Being the curious type, I popped off the side cover to see if there was any obvious reason, loose connectors, burned resistors, etc., and found the blown fuse. Can't remember where I got the replacement, but think it was Radio Shack. It's a common type.

Turns on and sends out test page

This means I believe that the thermistor, or possibly the fuser, has failed. Our 8500 is in exactly this state at present. It occasionally works for a few pages after it is turned on, then it stops when the two rear LEDs turn on.
We had a new thermistor fitted but this has not resolved the issue. Not currently clear whether the new thermistor was incorrectly fitted, the base had to be filed to fit and it may not be close enough to the hot roller, or whether we have a more fundimental problem.
Any other views on this?
Thanks

A slight burning smell from the fuser region ...

Although a faulty thermistor could be to blame for the fuser running above target temperature, the usual explanation for a slight burning smell is a bit of paper debris stuck inside the fuser, slowly scorching away to nothing.

Won't print tabloid paper

I had this problem a couple of years back and took the printer to a service company. They replaced the paper pickup rollers and I have not had the problem since. Other problems, yes, but not that problem.

Printing Error

you're problem is not with the printer. It is the set up you are using in the program you are sending to print for example: in InDESIGN after you hit apple P for the print command you will have a dialog box that says printer (the middle top) you will need to select your printer also at the bottom there is a printer button which must also be selected with your printer. Whatever program you are running will need to be set to the printer you are printing to. if you do not see your printers ID you will need to "add printer" and search out the proper driver for your printer.

Are your hdmi wireless extenders apple compatible?

Consider the HRpart Wireless HDMI Display Adapter. Here are the key details: 4K Screen Mirroring: This adapter allows you to view audio, video, and office documents from a small device (like an iPhone, iPad, or MacBook) on a larger screen (TV, monitor, or projector) without messy cables. It's perfect for presentations, meetings, and exhibitions. Wireless and Easy Connection: Setting up this wireless HDMI adapter is straightforward. You'll need a 5V/2A power source (which can often be provided by a USB port near the HDMI input on modern TVs and projectors). If the port is occupied, a battery pack can also work. No Need for Wi-Fi: The adapter is self-contained and doesn't require an internet connection. Once connected to an HDMI input and powered, it displays a helpful screen for easy connection. You can stream movies, videos, games, and office files from your Apple device to a high-definition TV or projector. Compatibility: This device is more suitable for Apple devices, including iPhone models (such as iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone XS, etc.), MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and various iPad models (iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini). However, please note that it does not support HDCP-protected applications like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and others. You can find this HRpart Wireless HDMI Display Adapter on Amazon 1. Keep in mind that it's designed specifically for Apple devices and provides a convenient way to mirror or cast your screen wirelessly.

WiFi connected to Apple MacPro

Have you set up the printer to print wireless? If so, if you have the computer and printer setup to work together, you should be able to turn the printer on and leave it on and print one job at a time. After it prints one job, it will stop and just be ready and waiting for you to send the next job. No need to turn off between jobs.

Why my pc is switched on but the monitor screen is blank?

Was the monitor turned off separately from the computer? The monitor does have it's own on/off switch. If it's all connected to a surge protector both would normally turn off at the same time.

How can I connect Apple Mac to printer via new BTHub5-7XH2?

I suggest connecting the ethernet port on your Mac to the router and the router to your printer. You don't mention what printer you have (that would have been helpful) but I'm assuming it is networkable. Otherwise bypass the router and use a USB cable to connect it directly to your Mac in the usual fashion.
