Not getting any power to the Board
Hi friend,
You need to check your SMPS. I think you SMPS not working properly. if you SMPS is ok then you need to contact nearest hardware shop for repair it...
Connecting a card reader to the mB
Most multi card readers are usb, but not the external kind that fits in the back of the motherboard, the internal kind.
If you look at the edges of the otherboard you will see three small blue connectors. Those are internal USB connectors, it should say next to them. Plug it in the correct way round (it will only go in one way) into any one of the three.

Your computer is getting too hot. Get canned air and spray all the dust out, especially the dust in and around the proccessor and heatsink (big metal grille).
Then move the computer off shaggy carpet and move it several inches away from the wall.
If that doesn't wokr you may have hardware incompatabilites, like with your memory or graphics card.
Format 320 GB HDD problem
Have tou tried the mangement in windows, My computer> right click>manage, then disk management and then right click on your hard drive and then one of the options is to format.
Although only 127gb will show and the rest should show as a seperate partition, do the same with this to implement it.
If no other partition shows you may have to upgrade your motherboard bios to suport large capacity disks.
How do I enhance my Asus PadFone X mini speaker loudness?
Look for a program called Sound Booster or one called DFX. DFX is my favorite because it not only boosts the volume, but lets you add other effects to enhance you sound as well. There is a free version. but to get all the effects you have to upgrade to the paid. If audio is important to you, check it out.

Try going into sound select and test reinstall driver off Asus website..if you installed new windows or update drivers may not work right...see if you can roll back driver in device manager ..if not lookup your laptop model and reinstall...
