Did you swap the Cmos jumpers from 1-2 to 2-3 to clear Cmos before replacing battery and if so, did you return them to their original position (normal as opposed to clear cmos)? If the jumper is still in the clear Cmos position, the board will not boot.
Try changing the Cmos battery, it may appear to work but may not be suited to the board

Hardware monitor found an error
First I would make sure all the power plugs are properly plugged into the motherboard and all other devices.
If that does not solve it then I would get the Power supply tested at a local PC shop. Or just get a new decent power supply. Looks like the Power supply without a doubt is defective.
No boot up
Try removing all memory except one board. If it does not come up switch boards. Still no luck, check power supply if you can or switch it with another. A power supply checker is pretty cheap, 10 to 15 dollars, and well worth the investment, although it is not foolproof. Try switching PS off, physically remove the BIOS backup battery, then replace it and try again. That should have cleared the BIOS back to factory defaults. It sounds like a memory problem, but as a last resort, you might reseat the CPU. The CPU fan runs, yes? Can you get some other memory to try? Well good luck!
How do I enhance my Asus PadFone X mini speaker loudness?
Look for a program called Sound Booster or one called DFX. DFX is my favorite because it not only boosts the volume, but lets you add other effects to enhance you sound as well. There is a free version. but to get all the effects you have to upgrade to the paid. If audio is important to you, check it out.
