sounds like the video card is bad

have you tried to go to asus website and look up the motherboard and see if there are any updates to the drivers

Are all your LED cables in the right place? Is the motherboard grounded properly, make sure there are no screw holes on the motherboard. Also some of the newer motherboards need power plugged in in 2 places on the motherboard.

open device manager and i m sure that it will be given under system devices because all the devices that does not come under
unidentified devices are in the system devices list check it there or instead use some software like driver detective to find all the devices connected to the computer and get their device drivers

a bad power supply or a hairline crack in the mobo

my advice is to reinstall again and keep the internet cord unpluged until you get antivirus installed from a cd or a flashdrive.once you got antivirus hook up and install all of the update and no other websites.

I think the problem is on your motherboard, because in this time windows is not loaded yet. So, check out your motherboad, or take it to service center (if you have no experience in hardware fixing)

Select : Motherboard, Select: 478, Select : P4BGV-MX
Click go, then select your operating system , and download all drivers needed.

First, try resetting the CMOS. If it is not working, replace the RAM. Could be a damaged RAM

Look for a program called Sound Booster or one called DFX. DFX is my favorite because it not only boosts the volume, but lets you add other effects to enhance you sound as well. There is a free version. but to get all the effects you have to upgrade to the paid. If audio is important to you, check it out.

Try going into sound select and test reinstall driver off Asus website..if you installed new windows or update drivers may not work right...see if you can roll back driver in device manager ..if not lookup your laptop model and reinstall...
