if you want to stop a print run simply press the stop button on the printer next go to the control panel and get to the add a printer section click on the printer and open up see what is printing highlight all in the print queue and delete it there no print queue , nothing to print to be sure and not waste paper remove all but 1 sheet and press the start button keep using that paper until what is spooled in the printer memory has been used

You need a new printhead, BC-21E, they wear out and plug with ink and the only repair is to replace the printhead.

What kind of problem did you experience... Is there any error message appear, or it was ejecting the envelope instead of printing, or it prints but nothing was printed..?

I got it resolved. I found a website where I could download updated software.

That's the behavior of a printer that is missing its ink cartridge. It is possible there's a fault with your ink cartridge. Try replacing it and see if it works.

connect the printer cable to the usb port sir, and plug the power cable to the printer.. then turn it on.. thats all...
