Description

The clock signal is absent for 5 sec or more after the fan drive signal has been generated. The detail codes of the fans in question are as follows: curl reducing fan (FM4)

Causes

The fan wiring is faulty (short circuit, open circuit). The fan is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Remedy

1. Foreign matter Is there foreign matter that prevents the rotation of the fan? YES: Remove the foreign matter. 2. Wiring, Connector Are the wiring and connector of the fan normal? Repeating dots are usually the result of foreign material on the drum charge roller or toner adhesion (like a little smashed melted blob) on the developer cylinder. You can clean the charge roller with water. To clean the dev cylinder, wipe the toner off the area, then use strong alcohol to clean any area with the little "blob" buildup. Rotate cylinder and repeat for any remaining. You can usually see the area before you wipe it by looking for a darker spot on the dev cylinder than the rest of the coverage area. on ur PC right click on your image runner go to printer proprieties go to preferences go to default paper size and choose your required size.

replace fixing film. then the error never comes again.

that error means there is a problem with the fixing film. maybe is damaged or dirty

Additional Function button on control penal 2-8 and then additional function go to Copier-Function-Clear-ERR OK then D-CON Ok then restart the machine. I think this solution may be solve your problem

problem with fixing unit. Main thermistor or fixing heater is faulty.To clear error u have to execute it in service mode:COPIER<FUNCTION<CLEAR<ERR

you can try and shake the toner unit and see if maybe its clogged and needs to be shaken sometimes works on printers with toner packs

scaner and composite power supply

Replace the horizontal registration motor
