Hi this is propably too late now but we moved in to our new house six months ago and have a Zanussi ZBF 360 oven, and had no idea how to set the timer / clock. After fiddling around with the oven clock for the last 6 months i managed to set the clock. It shouldn't be much different to the one you have. Hope this helps you and others in the future.
Click the middle button until the little red things on the screen moved round to the clock symbol, then press + or - to get to the correct time, once you have done this it will flash for a few seconds then it will stop flashing and the clock is set. The same goes for the timer to set it when you want to cook something for a period of time eg: ten mins.
As for getting the oven timer to turn it's self on and off I am still messing with it and when i have mastered it I will let people know.
Not sure if you still need to get your oven door off still but I have the same oven and have spent the last several hours trying to remove it and searching the web to discover how to remove it until I have just discovered a wonderful video tutorial on YouTube www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSzc4Uqbbr8 that discribes exactly how to do it (just copy and paste it into your address bar. It is the fourth and final instruction in the video but it really is easy. The hinge is a latching over system type that folds back into the glass apparently. Just get a screwdriver and where the end of the hinge dissappears into the housing of the oven just flick up the hinge with the screwdriver and the locking mechanism folds back towards you and the glass. Once both are done just jiggle and pull up the door and it will remove easily....godsend!
if the oven fan and light are not working, then the clock probably needs setting.
if oven fan and light work, but no heat, then the problem is probably the circular element round the fan. remove the back panel of the oven and you can often (but not always) see the damage.
replacement of the element is straightforward
Error code 367 on a Zanussi cooker typically indicates an issue with the temperature sensor or thermostat. When this error occurs, it means that the temperature sensor is detecting an abnormal or out-of-range temperature. Here are some possible causes and steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Power cycle the cooker: Turn off the cooker and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve temporary glitches or errors.
Check the temperature sensor: The temperature sensor is responsible for detecting the oven's temperature and sending signals to the control board. It's possible that the sensor has become faulty or disconnected. Inspect the sensor for any visible damage or loose connections. If necessary, consult the cooker's user manual for instructions on how to access and check the sensor.
Inspect the thermostat: The thermostat regulates the oven's temperature. If the thermostat is malfunctioning, it could be causing the error code 367. Look for any signs of damage or wear on the thermostat. If you suspect a faulty thermostat, it may require professional repair or replacement.
Contact customer support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact Zanussi's customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance. They will have the expertise to diagnose the specific problem with your cooker and provide guidance on the necessary repairs or part replacements.
It's important to consult the cooker's user manual or documentation for model-specific troubleshooting steps or error code interpretations. The manual may provide additional information or suggestions for resolving error code 367 on your particular Zanussi cooker.
If you have replaced the grill element and it still doesn't work, there are a few other things you can check.
First, make sure that the grill is actually turned on and that the grill control knob is set to the correct temperature.
Next, check the grill's thermostat, which is typically located near the grill element. Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the thermostat, as a faulty thermostat can prevent the grill from heating up.
If the thermostat is functioning properly, you may need to check the grill's selector switch, which determines whether the grill or oven is used. A faulty switch can prevent the grill from working.
Finally, if none of these solutions work, there may be a wiring issue within the grill or in the main control board of the cooker. In this case, it may be best to seek the assistance of a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue.
Both gas and electric ovens will cycle on and off throughout the cooking cycle to maintain the set temperature. When the oven temperature has dropped below the set temperature, the oven cycles on again to provide heat and will cycle off again once the temperature is higher than the set temperature.
I have/had the same problem with the top screw not staying in, I have left it like that for quite a while as I didn't want to pay someone for what I thought would be an easy fix, such as finding a replacement screw or discovering a new way to put it back together that fixes it.
I couldn't do either of those and on a close inspection, the 'screw' that goes in the top looks like it is as big as it can be otherwise you would struggle to put it in the gap between the two ovens, so even though I couldn't find a replacement, that didn't seem to be the solution anyway.
So, now the waffle is out of the way, I decided to take a pair of pliers to it and bent the metal slightly up and bobs your uncle it solved the problem. I made sure to bend it only as much as I need to so that the door can still be taken off and it worked.
Go to Zanussi . com select UK then manuals you will need more information a serial number and then download it, there should be an answer in there okay.
