not that familiar with the brand but in other case have fourn the board to be engaging the self clean. not a good sign. and for this model i would think very costly. wishful thinking says the oven temp sensor but i think you have a fauly board. get the same thing with alot of frigidaire ranges.

Does this happen after you have used the oven and switched it off?
Some ovens have an overrun on the fans to cool them down quickly and should stop after a few minutes.
