Titan was plugged in to 220v

You likely cooked the control board, hopefully it didn't damage the motor as well. I would recommend bringing it to an authorized repair center where they can test the board, hall sensor, and motor

I have a Titan 640i painter sprayer that is older . Made around 2002 . It will not run . The yellow light flashes but the motor doesn't start. The power source is fine. The pressure is turned up.

If the motor fails to start look for a button (often red) on the motor. This is a reset button for the thermal overload protection most electrical motors of significant horsepower are equipped. Make sure the power is off, push the button to reset, then power on the motor. If the motor still does not start check to see that the mator's shaft turns freely. If not, the mator's armature is frozen due to corrosion or melt down. If the armature turns but the motor still isn't starting, another possibility is that the motor's brushes are too worn or have cracked or fallen apart due to age and/heat. Motor brushes are fairly cheap and normally easy to replace. If you're not a handyman consider taking the motor to an electric motor repair shop to check for continuity and estimate for repair. Hope this helps!

Piston seal

Hi Agustin, Sorry that I have not replied before; only just seen your enquiry. The problem is either the piston seals are worn, in which case paint is likely to come out into the oil cup, or you have a valve problem, either something is stuck in a valve or the valve could be damaged (the seat or ball) Call me at Lion Industries if you need to discuss 01543 251 560

My 640 titan run but will not prime it does not spray product

It is hard to follow your question....however; if the sprayer turns on and the paint fails to enter the nozzle, you may have a blockage. Take the spray nozzle apart and run hot water over it to clean it out. You may need a small brush or cu-tip to clean the inside of the barrel. Blow though it and see if air passes easily. reassemble and run as you normally do. Be certain the top is attached to the paint reserve tightly and securely. Any air leaks will prevent the sprayer from building up pressure within and thus no spay will be emitted.

440i titan only pressure is between 0-200 psi no matter the setting

If an airless paint sprayer won't prime it's usually because one or both check balls are stuck. First try hitting the head where the pump is sharply with a hammer, hard enough to knock the balls loose but not so much that you do any damage to the pump. If that doesn't free them up you may have to take the pump apart and clean them and their seats. If an airless paint sprayer won't develop pressure, it's usually because the packing rnigs are damaged or collapsed. The only way to check this is to totally disassemble the pump and check them. Also look for any damage to the piston and cylinder. They must be very smooth and shiney, if they are scored they will eat up any new packing rings you put in.
