if a lightning strike was anyplace close (30 yds) it's a safe bet your gonna have to replace the control board in generator also Id have a qualifyed tech ck out your auto transfer switch ,I bet he''ll find that you fried your coils on your switch too , do that before changing control board cus if ya hook up a new one to a bad coil ya just bought two of them

Under voltage would be low output voltage from the generator power head. Verify that the motor is funning at full speed to check the output voltage. Low battery is telling you that the starting battery has low voltage. This could be because the battery is bad or that the alternator is not charging the battery

You have overloaded the generator by plugging in too many appliances at one time. A capacitor has likely blown and someone with electrical knowledge needs to troubleshoot and find the damaged part. Appliances draw high amperage and when they cycle on they draw 50 percent or more amps, so a refrigerator that might draw 1000 amps could jump to 1500 when the compressor cycles on. If two or more appliances cycle on at the same time, they will exceed the capacity of the generator, that is unless you have a very large unit.

Try disconencting the remote start wires between the transfer switch and the generator, if ot still does it you have a bad control board. If it stops, then check the transfer switch for correct wiring of utility and generator power wires, also check with an ohm meter if the run contacts in the transfer switch are closed, that would indicate loss of sensing, or bad board

Check fuel supply, carb etc

Disconnect the control wires and see if it still does it

Are you running the gen and plugging in the RV at the same time? I assume it is wired right and you have a transfer switch? Are you saying the voltage is fine when the RV isn't plugged in?

Over frequency is overspeed and is most likely a dirty magentic pickup sensor on the flywheel

It sound slike water impeller is not giving enough flow to the heat exchanger

Check oil, and sensor, rotor rings, and brushes, then stator rotor for shorts

Your problem is mag pick up, or possibly the solar panels are reverse powering the generator, if the home consumes less than solar output

The only way is with an hour meter, if you have a dealer look at it with a computer they can retireve that data from the control, if the hour meter has been disconnected etc

You do not have enough inlet pressure or volume, it's not the generator. you should have at least 9"WC cranking or under load
