Move the card to a different pci slot on the motherboard. It may have a conflict with another device. Make sure there is no power to the pc when you do this. If you still have the problem after trying all the slots then i suggest you empty all of them and just try the audio card on its own. If it works then fit the card/s you removed into other slots. good luck.

I had the same problem and had to go to another card it worked great for XP but would not do Win 7 even know I installed the driver for the card there support for this was difficult for me to fuss with so I just got another card much easier for me to do this than frustrate myself. Check their site for drivers if you wish to continue with this. I did go to the web site and did not see any drivers for Win7 or even an update. There is support for the 5.1. Get a compatible card! On windows the mic is disabled by default, you need to HELP NUMBER +1 833 272 0777manually enable audio in, either from control panel, or from audio card mixer.

NO NO NO..... You can't mix drivers from other manufacturers. Drivers are written to make the chips for the audio to connect to the computer correctly. Go to Lenovo's web site to get the updates for your sound card.
