My pc sound card dose

Unfortunately Creative Labs has discontinued support for that model sound card. There is no Windows 7 driver as the last driver released for it was in 2005.

You'll need to purchase a newer sound card. A Windows 7 Compatible sound card starts in the $25 range.

Driver free for CT4780

The drivers that you need for devices such as sound, video, scanners, ethernet cards, etc. Are usually contained on a driver CD that was shipped from the manufacturer with the device. If you do not have this CD, you will have to visit the manufacturer's website to download the drivers that you need.
The drivers for your sound device should be found at http://www.creativelabs.com Once you get to the website, look in the support or downloads section of the site for the model number of your board.and select the drivers you need for download. Be sure the drivers you select are for the operating system you are using (XP, Vista , etc.)
In the event that you cannot locate the driver(s), look for a "contact us" link on the website support or home page. This link will provide you with contact information (phone or E-mail) and allow you communicate your problem to them.
Good luck. And if you find this information to be of value to you, please return to the FixYa web site and rate this response to your question.
Regards,

Need driver of Creative CT4780 for windows7

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))julyallan01_27.jpg

I need to download in free a sound card driver of

Which driver depends on your OS. Go to Creative Labs website, go into the downloads section of support, pick soundcards from the list of devices, then there'll be a link at the bottom of the page for something like "older/unsupported models" or some such lingo. Pick that, then select your card from the list. If you're using Vista you may or may not still have a problem, but I know they have drivers for XP and Windows 7, because I have the same model card. Hope this helps.
