The CD jumper cable goes to the CD IN on the audio card. It can go to either the CD or the DVD drive; it depends on which one you'll use for most of the AV discs. If you mostly listen to audio CDs in the CD drive, connect the jumper to that device. If you watch movies on DVDs and listen to CDs, connect the jumper to the DVD drive. Just make sure to put your audio CDs into that drive and not into the CD drive. The Aux port is for connecting to an internal TV tuner or other video capture card. The TAD port is for connecting the SB Live! card to a voice modem to make the computer a telephone answering device. Creative still has the documentation for the SB Live! audio cards on their support site. It's in the section that lists all of their devices: https://support.creative.com/Products/product_list.aspx?catID=1&CatName=Sound+Blaster . Use the menus to select Live! in the first column. Then choose Sound Blaster Live! in the third column. Click Next. Click on the link for the Quick Start Guide near the top of the page. Creative labs ct4780 is not supported by Windows 7. So you can download the driver for Windows XP and install it in compatibility mode. Click here to download the driver. Configure the driver installation program to run in compatibility mode. To do this, follow these steps: a. Locate the executable file for the driver installation program. b. Right-click the file, and then click Properties. c. In the PackageName Properties dialog box, click the Compatibility tab. d. Click to select the Run this program in compatibility mode for check box, click Windows XP (Service Pack 2) in the Run this program in compatibility mode for list, and then click OK. e. Only for xp.You can try the creative support site:http://support.creative.com/Products/product_list.aspx?catID=1&CatName=Sound+BlasterBy selecting the model.But i don`t think you can find the driver because they do not support older products anymore.The alternative is to buy a new souncard if you run a new windows system.Good luck

as this is an older you might not be able to find specific Win7 drivers.
I suggest you try forcing the xp (or even 98) drivers as this method usually works for older hardware.
When trying to install it windows 7 will offer you reinstall/force it.
