Just download the firmware from the internet, or disk, and after downloading it, you probably will have to install it. and if it does not open, go to control panel, and go to camera and cams and your will be able to open it there.

1st You download Webcam Driver.driver downloadAfter this install the Webcam driver in the system.Installation of Webcam DriverGo to the control panelClick on the System IconClick on the Hardware TabClick on the Device Manager sSelect the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.Right click on it and uninstall it.After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.Driver installation Wizard start.Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.Driver will be install.

You can download the Canon printer drivers from their support WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model printer to download : -

Looking through the Creative Labs website, the latest drivers for this is at XP. I would assume both Vista and 7 would pick up the drivers automatically for the latest hardware.

Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop.
