right click on my computer and go to properties then hardware in that click on device manger and check there is any other device is listed if it is there just remove it and click for scan for hardware changes when he prompt for driver just click on next and choose automatically update.

When you get to the next window, there is the download for your camera.

Then when that page appears, select your camera, and be sure you select ENGLISH and click on the DOWNLOAD on the left.

Next, before installing the software, DISCONNECT the camera from the USB port and install the CD Softprogram or the Downloaded program.

When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, THEN DO SO.

Then to use it on the Web, do this.

Web Camera's have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:

B. Yahoo Setup:

set it up as follows:
Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.
Next go down to Preferences and click on it.
Next Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Next go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on "Open the call setup assistant" and follow the instructions on the left window.

C. Windows Live Messenger:

The only "Zenith" cam i found is this here:

Up to the right u can see the drivers link, it says "Click here to download the Zenith Webcam driver"
Click on that and download the drivers, the link works, i tested it

Please look up the above link. This camera does not have a built in microphone. If you were looking to record sound, you would need to purchase a camer with a built in microphone or by a separate microphone
