Replaced lamp
When you replaced the lamp did you reinstall the cover correctly?
There is a safety switch incorporated in the cover .
My tv wont turn on
If you used a generic or neolux lamp--this could happen, Mits do NOT like them. use a Phillips bulb !!
Premature Lamp Blow
Have you been turning off this set from some OTHER power source, such as a cable box ? The set MUST have constant power for at least 3 minutes after turn off for the bulb to cool down. Also, do NOT use a generic "bargain bulb" to replace--either an original or a phillips one do NOT use an Osram "neolux" lamp, Mits. do NOT like them !!
Blown lamps
Possible heat issue. Check for fan operation and any dust build up.
